Robert S. Levine

Robert S. Levine is Distinguished University Professor of English at the University of Maryland, College Park. His recent books include The Lives of Frederick Douglass (Harvard University Press, 2016) and a coedited cultural and critical edition of Douglass’s The Heroic Slave (Yale University Press, 2015).
