After four years of being away, NEH staff from multiple program divisions and offices are pleased to be able to attend the in-person American Historical Association Annual Meeting from January 5th to January 8th, 2023, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

On Saturday, January 7, from 1:30 pm to 3:00, NEH staff will be hosting "What’s New at the National Endowment for the Humanities for 2023: New Agency Priorities, Updated Funding Opportunities, and Special Initiatives."

This session will be an opportunity to learn about new NEH programs developed in response to the Endowment-wide American Tapestry initiative as well as updates to current funding opportunities. We also will discuss ways that historians can participate in NEH projects and special initiatives beyond applying for an award directly from NEH.

Time permitting, NEH staff will be available for short introductory meetings with attendees after the session.

Please join us in the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown - Room 404 (4th Floor).

And if you are unable to attend our information session and would like to schedule a time for an individual consultation, please contact the appropriate program staff member (using the email addresses provided in the links below).
