Six Connecticut cultural projects receive nearly half-million dollars from National Endowment for the Humanities

The National Endowment for the Humanities on Wednesday announced $29 million in grants for humanities projects nationwide, including $470,684 for six projects in Connecticut.

The projects around the country include humanities research, archaeological analysis, education programs, cultural preservation, films, a TV series, exhibits and virtual-reality projects.
