Our Veterans Writing Workshops offer a safe place for veterans to write about their experiences. Previous writing experience is not necessary, and writing workshops can be offered at any level.
Expressive writing helps relieve the effects of trauma on your life and reduces stress. The ability to manage your life through your story increases overall wellness.
Free Workshops provided through collaboration with Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center.
Eligibility: Military affiliation, over 18 years of age.
