Our families influence stories we tell, the lessons we’re taught, and the legacy we hope to leave. Today, there is hardly such a thing as a “conventional family”. What does your family look like, and how does it influence the way you see the world? This community conversation is an opportunity to explore the diverse ways that family and kinship shape our lives, and to hear from others whose ideas and experiences around family may be different from your own.

Free and open to the public.

Funded project of the Alaska Humanities Forum, a state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
