Angelica Hankins

Angelica Hankins is associate editor of Humanities magazine.

Judy Adkins is a Senior Program Officer in the Division of Research and the team leader for the Collaborative Research program. Before coming to NEH, she was an archivist at the Center for Legislative Archives at the National Archives, where she facilitated research in the records of the U.S. Congress and promoted greater understanding of congressional and American history through publications and presentations. Judy was an assistant editor for three volumes of the documentary edition The Papers of Benjamin Franklin. A historian of the U.S., she received a B.A. in English and history from Duke University and a Ph.D. in history from Yale University.
