Two Albany heritage organizations receive more than $700K in federal funding

The Albany County Historical Association and Underground Railroad History Project of the Capital Region were recently awarded more than $700,000 in federal funding by the National Endowment for the Humanities, a slice of nearly $34 million granted to help support cultural institutions and humanities projects nationwide.
