Reconnecting the Humanities and Sciences through Preservation and Access

Program Officers Joel Wurl and Mary Downs consider how the history of science can serve as an especially accommodating bridge between the humanities and scientific disciplines.  Their presentation, first delivered March 2014,  focuses on awarded projects from the Division of Preservation and Access, in the domains of the history of medicine and natural history, which have yielded exceptional humanities collections and resources used by scholars, students, and the public.

A PDF version of the presentation is available for your convenience.
