ICA Forum: On Sexuality and Black Mountain College

American art scholar Jonathan Katz of University at Buffalo (SUNY) and Ruth Erickson, ICA Assistant Curator, address issues surrounding sexuality and its importance to mid-century American art history, particularly in the works of artists at Black Mountain College. "Leap Before You Look: Black Mountain College 1933–1957" delves into the legacy of Black Mountain College, a small, experimental school in North Carolina whose influence on art still has profound impact today.

Cost: Free with museum admission.  Free tickets are required and available two hours prior to the start of the program; limit two tickets per person.
