American Indian Imagery in Mascots

Presented by Jason Felihkatubbe (Choctaw), University of Oklahoma.  Explore the history behind the use of American Indian imagery in sports. Hear insights from those familiar with the National Congress of American Indians. Robert Marley (Cherokee), former public school coach, and April Scott, Director of the Mid-America All-Indian Center in Wichita, will join the speaker for a question and answer session.
