Rationing Food During the Depression

Presented by Jane Marshall, food historian.  The 1930s were a trying time for most Kansans. Learn how people lived through the Depression by hearing what they ate.

The event supports "Flint Hills Forces: The Shaping of Manhattan, Fort Riley and KSU, 1917-1963," a special exhibit at the Flint Hills Discovery Center.
