The exhibition Chosen Food: Cuisine, Culture, and American Jewish Identity explores how Jewish American foodways reflect the changing ethnic, religious, ethical, and cultural values of Jewish Americans. It is on view at the William Breman Jewish Heritage and Holocaust Museum [1]from January 27 to May 27, 2013.
Ther Jewish Museum of Maryland received both a planning grant and an implementation grant [2] for a traveling exhibition and related publication, programs, and online resources examining Jewish American foodways.
