Back in September, ODH profiled Scripto [2], a “free, open source tool enabling community transcriptions of document and multimedia files” that was funded through a Digital Humanities Start-Up Grant. Today is Scripto’s official launch day -- the Scripto plug-in is now available for public use for Omeka, and is in public beta for both WordPress and Drupal.
