Shop Life Goes for the Gold

The Lower East Side Tenement Museum’s exhibit, Shop Life [1] has been awarded the 2013 Gold Medal in Multimedia Installations Muse award [2] from the American Alliance of Museums' Media and Technology Professional Network.

e Lower East Side Tenement Museum received an implementation grant [5] for a long-term interpretation of lower-level spaces for living and commerce at 97 Orchard Street.
