The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) and the American Library Association (ALA) have selected 125 libraries and state humanities councils [2] to participate in the Let’s Talk About It: Muslim Journeys program on the people, places, history, faith and cultures of Muslims around the world and within the U.S.

Libraries participating in the Let’s Talk About It program will host a five-part scholar-led discussion series designed to encourage community conversations on the issues presented in the materials presented in the Bridging Cultures: Muslim Journeys Bookshelf, focusing on one of five themes. Themes include: American Stories, Connected Histories, Literary Reflections, Pathways of Faith, and Points of View.
