New Jersey Humanities Council funded film on 1967 urban riots playing for Black History Month

Revolution '67 [2], a documentary about the six-day urban riots in Newark, NJ, will screen on STARZ In Black during February for Black History month. The first screening will be on Sunday, February 10th at 8pm. For a full schedule, please visit the STARZ In Black Revolution '67 site [3].

The New Jersey Humanities Council [4] provided funding for Revolution '67 and for a the creation of a curriculum guide for New Jersey High Schools. An interview with historian Dr. Clement Price and the filmmakers [5] is available on NJHC's audio program Humanities Connection. [6]
