For returning applicants only: Applicants who have registered as individuals for past competitions need not re-register with Grants.gov to submit their proposals.  You can use your previous username and password.

Applicants who lose their username and password can request a reminder at https://apply07.grants.gov/apply/secured/ApplicantLogin.jsp.
