On Thursday, March 7, from 6-7 pm, ODH's Perry Collins and Ann Sneesby-Koch will join Division of Public Programs Senior Program Officer Marc Ruppel for a "Speed Networking and Consulting Session" at the Institute of Museum and Library Services WebWise conference in Baltimore, MD. This will be an opportunity for WebWise attendees to have brief, one-on-one discussions about potential grant applications to NEH and other funding agencies. Registered conference attendees will receive an email when online sign-up requests are being accepted.
The following is a description of WebWise from the conference website:
"Since 2000, the Institute of Museum and Library Studies’ (IMLS) WebWise conference has brought together representatives from museums, libraries, archives, systems science, education, and other fields who are interested in the future of high-quality online content for inquiry and learning. An annual conference, WebWise highlights recent research and innovations in digital technology, explores their potential impacts on library and museum services, and promotes effective museum and library practices in a digital environment. It also provides recipients of technology-based grants from the Institute with an opportunity to showcase their exemplary projects."
